Action® O.R. Support Surfaces & Patient Positioners
- Support surfaces and patient positioners are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship at the time of purchase and are serviceable for a period of two years provided the product is not subject to misuse, negligence, abuse, alteration, or failure to follow the Care and Use instructions.
- Accessories are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
Action® DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Pads
Action® DME Pads are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship when first purchased for use and are serviceable for the period of time noted below, provided the product is not subject to misuse, negligence, abuse, alteration, or failure to follow the Care and Use instructions.
- Action® Wheelchair and Mattress Overlays: five (5) years
- Action® Xact® Wheelchair Cushions and Twister® Wheelchair Backs: two (2) years
- Shear Smart® Pads and Lap Tray Pads: two (2) years
- Action® Commode Pads, Adaptive Cube Pads, Adaptive Flat Pads, Adaptive Pebble Pads, Heel and Elbow Pads and Wheelchair Covers: At time of initial purchase only

- New accounts subject to credit approval
- Standard credit terms are NET 30
- Action accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®
- Handling and drop-ship fees may apply
- Purchase order acceptance is confirmed by a sales order confirmation email. Customers are responsible for reviewing the order confirmation to verify that all details are accurate and acceptable. Contact Customer Service if the email confirmation is not received within 2 business days.
- Standard domestic shipments are made by our preferred carrier, UPS, F.O.B. Action Products, prepaid and added unless otherwise specified on purchase order.
- Sales tax may apply. Any tax-exempt status must be evidenced by appropriate documentation.
